John Ballinger
President/CEO at Fort Bluff & NACA John Ballinger, a risk and crisis management expert, has helped many organizations navigate troubled waters. He is dedicated to helping commercial and nonprofit organizations get back on course and continue moving toward the goal and mission to which they have been called. His extensive knowledge into leading people, risk management, and navigating complex legal matters has earned him the respect of his business colleagues as well as those in the legal profession. John is also a decorated veteran with over 20 years of service in the United States Army and holds more than a dozen awards and certifications in aviation safety and risk management. |
Chris Ackerson
Chris Ackerson is the Southeast U.S. Director for Every Man a Warrior and the owner of Xtrax Dry Carpet Cleaning. A native of Tennessee and a good southern boy, Chris wandered in and out of his faith in a casual way until God met him personally at a large men's event. His journey with Christ was somewhat random for several years until another man took him under his wing and showed him that God had a bigger plan. In 2004 Chris founded Xtrax and ran the company for several years. He eventually went to work with his mentor in a regional men's ministry until God brought Every Man a Warrior into the picture. Since September 2017 he has been blessed to serve men and churches in the southeast U.S. Married for 30 years, Chris and his wife Clarissa have 4 grown children and have lived on Signal Mountain for 24 years. |
Kelly Knouse
Kelly Knouse serves as the Lead Pastor of Spirit City Church in Ooltewah, a campus of First Baptist Cleveland, TN. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and came to know Christ as Savior at the age of 16. He went on to attend Liberty University, where he played college baseball and completed his undergraduate and seminary degree. Kelly and his wife, Tara, have 7 children and love serving in ministry together. |
Shane Selby
Worship Shane Selby is a musician, songwriter, worship leader, executive producer, and co-founder of Eleventh Hour Worship in Chattanooga, TN with his lifelong bandmate and best friend, Makayla McKibben. Shane has co-produced on all of Eleventh Hour Worship’s releases and transitioned to the executive producer role with EHW’s two singles, “Great is His Mercy” and “Name Like No Other”. Shane is passionate about calling a generation back to pure, unadulterated worship before God. He loves finding a way to partner this authentic, powerful worship with professional musicianship, songwriting, and production.
