​Perched atop Dayton mountain, overlooking the beautifully landscaped bluff, is our signature Bluff House.  This three-story home is equipped with three bedrooms adjoined by full bathrooms sharing a fully furnished kitchen, dining, and living space. It also has a third-floor loft. 

The Bluff House offers a variety of different rental options. You can rent individual rooms or you can rent the whole house. For both options, you have access to the fully supplied kitchen, living room, family room with a flat screen TV, and WIFI.

Room 2

Room 2 is on the second level. It has one room with a queen bed and balcony overlooking the bluff. The second room has two twin beds, and is connected by an interior door. Both rooms share the private bathroom in the suite.

Room 3

Room 3 is on the second floor and has 2 queen beds. It has it's own balcony over looking the bluff. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub and a free standing shower.

Room 5

Room 5 is on the first floor, and features one queen bed and private bathroom.

Third Floor Loft

If renting out the entire Bluff House, the third floor loft can be used for extra sleeping space. It features room for 3-5 twin sized beds and cots. This loft is not available to rent separately, only as a part of renting the entire house.
